Excellent knowledge and friend,y without being pushy

Shayak from Watford store was friendly, we told him what we wanted and our price range and he showed us so many different choices. He was friendly with the kids and while shopping we felt at ease. I will happily recommend to any of my friends and family to shop here. A trip that could of gotten very stressful wasn't and we had time to make the right choice for us.

assistant was very knowledgeable, went to get things rather than asking me to walk all over the shop. informative, volunteered information about all Dreams products and was able to demonstrate they knew what they were talking about.

It was absolutely wonderful service very friendly and nothing was too much trouble Caroline at the Watford branch made us very welcome coffee made for us and comfortable chairs to sit on as my husband is disabled we would recommend your service and quality of goods to everyone many thanks to dreams of Watford and especially Caroline

Steve who attended me in the store was very helpful. He gave me information I was looking for and answered any questions I had. He explained fully the steps that were to be taken before the purchase and arranged for my old mattress to be uplifted when the new one was delivered All I need now is for the delivery to follow on the day promised (speedily promised for a few days hence).

We visited the Dreams store in Watford. An assistant called Caroline helped us. She was there for us to ask questions, which she answered very thoroughly, but also gave us time to look and consider so we felt relaxed.
