I and my family went into dreams to shop around not to buy anything but when we got to the shop(Watford branch), a lady by name Simona approached us and the way she spoke to us made I and my wife ordered three beds (1double bed and 2 single bed) immediately without thinking twice. Not just her Mustafa the manager handled our case very well, made sure we got the deal that was on. I will say thank you to Simona and Mustafa for welcoming us and to Dreams, keep up the good works.

The staff were very friendly, I’ve never purchased a mattress in a store before, they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Also the delivery guys were lovely.
