I went to the Watford store and was greeted by Martin who asked if I was asking for a particular product. It wasn't instock on the show room floor but he showed me similar ones. Instead of going away he offered to process the order in store. He was very helpful and friendly

I desperately needed a new mattress for my back problems ...I went along to Dreams at Watford and was pleased to be welcomed by a member of staff who understood what I needed, I was shown a few mattresses he thought would be good for me and I chose one of them and impressed with the bed it was on went ahead and bought that along with the headboard as well. Also very impressed that I was offered a cup of tea.

The staff were very helpful. First was to find a small double bed that would fit into the bedroom. But the most helpful part of it, was to try the different type of mattress from soft to firm of the spring type. Then up to the memory foam type and gel type. By trying each type out the staff member name (Shayak) to take at least 5 minutes for each mattress.
