Dreams - Watford

Dreams offer plenty of options to choose from. We went there to look for a new bed frame and quality mattress and found them both to our satisfaction. The service provided by one of the salesmen was timely. That person was knowledgeable and polite and the whole transaction went very smoothly. 5* experience

Had a good look then asked Martin one of the assistants explaining back/hip problem he pointed me to three different mattresses and was extremely helpful at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing anything I did not want would highly recommend this store and assistant

When I entered the Watford store I was greeted warmly by the staff. The staff went out of their way by offering us a warm drink whilst looking around the store. When asking questions the staff would give exact details and also showed examples of products which showed their professionalism. Unfortunately the bed I wanted to order was out of stock. However the lovely lady Caroline, who was serving me, took my contact details and promptly contacted me when the product was back in stock. I managed to secure a delivery date suitable for myself. The staff in the Watford branch are very friendly, down to earth and always had a smile on their face. I will certainly be recommending the service and products to my family and friends!
