Dreams - Watford

I knew what I wanted, the team were amazing with me and my son, even making him a cup of tea in jest for him. Smiles all around

I had previously been to a few stores (as well as looking online) and found that the assistance provided was either not adequate or that the salesman was too pushy. I in fact went it to the Colindale branch of Dreams and found that whilst they were polite and helpful, their knowledge wasn't at the same level as the Watford branch and ultimately led to me not purchasing a mattress that day. I then went with my partner to the Watford branch, intending to go to the various stores. Fortunately enough we went to Dreams first and not only were the staff friendly and knowledgable but the person who helped us was not to pushy or salesman-like. He gave us space and time to browse and then when we had questions he went above and beyond to ensure we found the mattress that suited us.

We visited your Watford store on 3/1/2017 and we were very lucky to be greeted by SHAH who was so friendly and as we were looking for a bed for my husband's bad back he was able to offer his extensive knowledge of the best beds available. He let us try an number of beds and also all the alternatives that were available. He wanted us to have coffee and spend more time with us but we said we would be back at the weekend and he said he would look forward to seeing us. We returned on Sunday and the store was busy and SHAH was serving another customer but he advised on of the other staff to get us coffee and look after us until he was free. SHAH was well presented and again so friendly. He again went through our options and we changed our minds a number of times but he remained patient and could not have been more helpful. Once we had decided on the beds, he processed our order quickly and said he would be available if we had any queries just call back to the store or phone. As we are moving to a new house we were apprehensive as to which beds to choose but all the worry was taken out by SHAH. He is a great representative for DREAMS and made our visit very enjoyable. Well done SHAH

From the moment we strolled in we were greeted by friendly acknowledgements. Shayak asked if we should like any help, based on what we told him, he showed us to the mattresses that he felt most appropriate, he offered us coffee and told us to take our time, lay on mattresses, he did not watch over us however was on hand to answer our questions. Shayak is polite, friendly, attentive, with excellent product knowledge and communication skills. He did not pressure us at all. We ordered with Shayak a double mattress and 4 drawer divan without looking anywhere else as we felt confident in the store set up and Shayak. We cheekily asked for a mattress protector cover to be thrown in and he without hesitation said yes then as we were set to pay he offered us a duvet. However, this is not why we are writing this, even before we made purchase, we asked Shayak if he would mind us letting his manager know how much we have appreciated his assistance and guidance. We commend Shayak on his product knowledge and his non-pushy sales driven approach. We consider Shayak a genuine people person with a customer driven ethos. Congratulations 'Dreams' on creating such an environment.

From stepping into the store, there was almost immediate assistance and although in some stores this can be to much they found out what we were looking for showed us a couple of options and advised why they thought that they would be the best suited, then left us to try the best and discuss between ourselves without any pressure, until we were ready. Once decision was made payment and delivery options were then soon sorted.

I had already looked at the website and had a good idea of what we wanted but the salesman was able to answer all of our questions and offer good alternatives too.
