Dreams - Watford

The ordering process was quite straight-forward due to the vast knowledge of the dreams' staff. The high satisfaction was also due to the availability of the products as I was able to test them in the store before I bought them.

Staff very helpful and our every need was catered for.

Caroline in the watford store was very very helpful. We told her a price we'd like to stick to and she managed to keep it in our budget with more than we came for!!! :) :)

It was the store assistant and his knowledge of the product and did not rush us making sure satisfaction of the product we were buying

Great service on both occasions we visited the store, first to research then later the same day to purchase. We had the same salesman on both occasions but had assistance with questions from several staff members. Was treated with respect, was not rushed, was offered refreshments and we felt comfortable with the entire process from selecting a bed for us (rather than being coerced). Great prices during the sales and a friendly service from start to end.

The assistant Shay approached us on the first time we visited the Watford store he guided us through the different products with honesty. He made sure he understood all our needs and we did not feel pressurised. We did not buy on the first day but were so satisfied with the customer service we went back the following day and placed the order . We, came looking for a new bed we had previously done our homework and knew it would be probably purchased at Dreams , and your sales assistant didn't let you down he was very helpful and didn't over power us with pressure sales .And we left happy.

I am always highly satisfied when visiting/ purchasing items from Dreams. This is the 3rd bed I've purchased from Dreams this year, we all now have new beds in our house and we couldn't be happier with them and that's thanks to Dreams. It's quick and easy to purchase from the store which is very handy for me as I have a servierly disabled son. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I recommended my brother and my friend to which they were both extremely satisfied aswell. Next time I'm in need of something else I'll be sure to return to Dreams. Really good customer service - not hurried at all

Steve gave an extremely good introduction to the many types of mattress on view and was knowledgeable on the pros and cons of those we were interested in
