Shahid spent time with us showing us all the available options, he looked up our previous order so find the matress we had bought on our previous purchase and made sure we had everything we needed

We were given as much time as we needed to make sure we were choosing the right bed. The assistant took the time to explain everything fully and in a manner that was easy to understand, but made sure not to give too much in the way of options that would confuse us. All around fantastic service.

My husband has a bad back and we were looking for a good mattress that would be far better than the one that we have at the moment. Adam served us and his knowledge was extremely good. He had a very friendly yet informative method of sales. We also liked the fact that if the mattress proves not to be what we are looking for, we can exchange it for an alternative mattress - this was definitely an incentive as it is very difficult to know whether you have the correct mattress until you have had a chance to try it.

Service was quick and efficient, due to a good knowledge of the products by the staff team.

We were served by Amir in Watford who was friendly and attentive. We spoke to a couple of other staff all of whom were extremely friendly and welcoming

I visited the store with my husband, not knowing exactly what size of beds we needed for our guest room. After receiving much help we returned home to consider the possibilities in the room. We then returned the next day and ordered two 2ft 6in beds. These are due to be delivered on 10th Nov. and the old bed removed at a very reasonable price.

The lady who assisted us at Dreams this aftroon was extremely helpful - Caroline helped with every purchase and made our afternoon very enjoyable. I would absolutley recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Your Employee Martin was excellent ,he certainly knows his products ,which made it so easy for us to choose exactly what we wanted!
