Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The assistant, Shayak, was extremely helpful and showed us a large range of beds and mattresses, he was courteous and polite, listening to our needs and finding the products that best matched them. The store is clean, bright, tidy and well set out, with clear information on each item.

Large store, lots to choose from, able to spend as much time and talk to employees as much as needed. Hospitality was very good and kind which made you feel more comfortable spending the time there deciding what was right. Cleanliness was high, and drinks were offered to accommodate. Overall very pleased.

We were only intending to browse not to purchase. But Roy was so helpful without being over bearing and so helpful that he helped us make up our minds.

Went into store in Watford which was very clean tidy and well organised was served by the store manager who was very pleasant answered our questions and was helpful in understanding what we was looking for in a bed!!

I found the staff very professional, helpful, approachable & friendly which made the whole experience very enjoyable, your products in store blew my mind I just had to make a purchase, thank you Dreams.. you really did make my dream come true!

The beds were on open view, we were able to test them and the salesman had good knowledge of each type. he was not pushy or overbearing but just the right amount of input and assistance. We were offered coffee which was very nice. When we had decided on our purchase the booking process was very smooth.

I came to your store in Watford looking for a bed for my teenage son. I have been in many stores before but didn't manage to find anything nice. I was greeted by Shayak, who immediately asked what I am looking for and offered assistance. He showed me beds that were available in size I was looking and gave me a lot of information about mattresses. I said I will return later on with my son. Again Shayak was extremely helpful and friendly as my son was trying the beds. I went home to do the measurements and returned for the 3rd time in the day to buy the bed. Shayak greeted me straight away and invited me to his desk to complete the sale. He was very helpful and quick. I am very impressed with your employee, his professionalism and approach. The salesman Amir in Watford was very knowledgeable and was able to make all the process easy. He kindly told us that they will store our items for up to 10 weeks which eased our minds and confirmed that buying from Dreams was the best option for us as we aren't sure of our move in date just yet.
