I was dealt with immediately, the manager Adam know exactly what I was after as have two beds from your before this one. Very knowledgeable, offered me a coffee and just made the experience nice.

Adam was very professional and knew everything as to how my bed will be made, Anil was also very extremely polite and professional

The Colleague who assisted me is very friendly and answered all my questions honestly and confidently. She explained the differences and what will suit my needs. I was encouraged to try the bed and see how I feel whenever I see a different mattress in the shop. I received a lot of information with regards to the product that I chose.
