I was approached as soon as i entered the store and the lady was very pro active in helping me with my choice of bed and mattress - in all i took 10 minutes choosing my bed an matress due to the assistance very capable knowledge in her products

Hemal, our sales representative was very knowledgeable. He understood the underlying mechanics of a mattress to assist but not push us into making a decision. Explaining to us the difference between open coil and the cooling was significant to our decision making. At no point was Hemal pushy or in a race to close the deal. He matched an online deal and although buying online via Quidco may have secured similar savings, we wanted Hemal to have the deal for his helpful advice.
