Happy with the service provided by the assistance Shah at the Watford store. Went out looking for new bed and got one

We were showed the different options available in Ottoman Super King beds Plus mattress - were advised what kind of mattress we require. The order was placed quickly and the delivery time was only 15 days.

As soon as we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile from 2 staff members standing by the door. They were instantly engaging were we were able to have a joke. We went with our 4 year old daughter and Callum was friendly with her and talked to her which was nice as this made her and us comfortable and put us at ease. As our daughter was comfortable this gave us the opportunity to look at the beds and mattresses thoroughly without he getting bored or restless. Callum gave us advise on beds and mattresses which was very helpful. The advise he gave made sense and helped us make our decision. The process was very easy and stress free.

Staff were super helpful, including providing us with hot water for our babies milk to he warmed up whilst we tested multiple mattresses.
