Dreams - Watford

We were given tea and plenty of time to just beowse try beds out. No persistant pestering salesmen! When we needed help salesman was there to help. Also looked at sorting a deal on purchasing matress and bedframe togethwr at same time

Arrived B4 store opened but let me in anyway. Let me browse but when needed assistance instantly available and helpful.

The member of staff was very efficient and friendly but not too pushy with selling us our new mattress . He was very helpful letting us try out the mattress on the floor and also outing on a feather topper for us to try

I was approached as soon as I entered the store by Steve who was very helpful.I must have been in the store at least 90 mins but I was not hurried.He was full of advice and suggestions which was a great help as I was on my own and did not know what I wanted

Caroline was very friendly, very knowledgeable and not pushy. She makes a lovely cup of coffee too!

Steve the Sales Agent was a Gent - Knew his stuff and was the best Sales Person I have ever some across in these types of stores. He knew his stuff. He did quote and we did go a compare but we came back asap as Bedsons and another store no one even came to us! Steve was awesome and we intend to purchase our new bed/mattress in the future!! Steve is a credit to your business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Me and my mum and sister met Steve at the Watford store and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He spoke through the different types of mattresses in store and what would be best suited for me. He took a lot of time and effort to make sure we were satisfied. He was not pushy or forcing us to buy anything, he was not just trying to make a sale, he was just very kind and helpful. He let us walk around and browse but was also right there when we wanted to ask questions. We had my 4 year old niece with us and he let her use the staff toiled when she needed to go. She also left her jacket in the store after we left and he kindly called us up to let us know instead of just leaving it. I was very satisfied with Steves service - we had just been across the road to Benson for Beds and was very certain we were going to purchase from there until we came to Dreams and met Steve. Brilliant customer service and all round lovely guy! Well done Steve keep up the good work!!
