your dreams colleague "Steve" was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted in a mattress and showed us the range which would assist my brother ( of 28 stone) to get the best comfort and quality. He was a mind of information .

We arrived early at the Watford store, and Caroline came over and welcomed us in to look around. She was very friendly and helpful. Left us alone to discuss things, but was there for us whenever we wanted to know anything. We never felt under pressure, so were feeling very relaxed whilst looking. On our decision to purchase our bed, Caroline explained everything in detail. Came out of the store very happy customers. Would definitely go back to Watford store, and ask for Caroline.

Stephen was very pleasant, new his stuff, excellent service. Delivery date was longer than expected.

I already knew the type of bed I wanted and just wanted to choose between two. I had already seen both beds before and chose the one I wanted so your colleague just needed to place the order. My only complaint would be that delivery was quite a wait

Halen new what we wanted and was extremely helpfull

Greeted as I entered the store. Offered assistance and asked some good questions about what I was looking for. Good explanations of the various products, including supplying a pillow to use while trying the beds (subsequently bought 2) Well informed salesman. Delivery available in 2 weeks.

The member of staff who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about the needs of a disabled person when choosing a bed. He was helpful and understanding of our needs. He asked the right questions and gave us information that was useful in helping us to make appropriate choices about what to buy. We did not feel that he was exerting any inappropriate sales pressure so we ended up happy with our experience altogether.

The reception was wonderful. The sales consultant and store manager were extremely helpful and patient in going through the range of products and our options till we made our choice. Overall good experience with great staff led by the Store manager George. Thanks for the home baked cake and the drink.
