Great service friendly staff, didn't push us into more expensive product, gave us options

Visited the store on previous day. Greeted and offered advice,showed various options. As bed not for myself was encouraged to return with my son to try mattress. Liked the fact purchase was not pushed on me but I was given `space` to decide.

The man offered us coffees helped and explained everything. Offered best value suggestions and was pleasant

Steve has outstanding product knowledge and he is a brilliant salesman!

My partner and I are both moving and getting married in two weeks. We have a fair amount on our plate at the moment, both financially and organisationally. We are aware we are cutting it fine in terms of buying a bed - but we were running the risk of not getting a bed in time for moving in/getting married. During our visit to the store we were helped by a man called Steve. We were very impressed with his in depth knowledge of all of the products: both with the practicalities of the products (I.e. Cleaning), and the actual product specs themselves. He was patient with us, kind and willing to help us - he understood we needed to work within our budget and without being pushy, allowed us to pick a great bed and mattress within our budget! We had planned to spend the afternoon visiting bed stores (of which Dreams was the first) - but in the end we didn't need to! What an easy and pleasant transaction.

Good display of items, well presented. Assistance offered with selection of products. Quote quickly prepared. Later, on trying to contact the store there was an answerphone, but I did not receive a call back, so after 4 hours rang again. Everything thereafter was fine. I hope delivery goes as smoothly.

This is our second purchase within 2 months from dreams as right advise was given by the staff for each product which we liked it very much as it helped us in making right decision for our each purchase.
