Explained in detail about your products and helped us choose the correct mattress (after laying on many and being offered cuts of tea !!). Excellent customer skills Shah possesses !!! From the moment when we entered the store we were met by George who explained the shop layout on beds and mattresses, he then left us to try them out but was never far to answer any questions we had, while he made the drinks we were passed over to Hemal to take our order, both members of the staff were very helpful, polite and full of knowledge of all items being offered. I was Highly Satisfied of going to Dreams because, of the selection of beds on the shop floor that you can try.you were left to try the beds without any hassle which I liked
