I was Highly Satisfied of going to Dreams because, of the selection of beds on the shop floor that you can try.you were left to try the beds without any hassle which I liked

The assistant Shayak showed knowledge of the products, listened to our requirements and made suggestions and recommendations which were very helpful.

Dealt with by Hemal, a most helpful and knowledgeable man. Adopted just the right balance when attending to our questions. A very pleasant man, an excellent ambassador of your Company. Cannot at present pass judgement on quality and value of the product, a single bed which is scheduled for delivery late July, 2016.

On visiting the Watford Dreams store, we were given a warm welcome and shown several beds matching our needs by Steve. He was polite, kind and attentive and explained the differences and merits of different beds. We were looking for just a mattress and he provided us with facts and figures to enable us to make an informed decision. He was very helpful, provided us with tea and encouraged us to lay on different beds to enable us to make a good choice.

Sales assistant was helpful without being pushy was around if we needed to ask questions but didn't hover. Gave us various options

I attended a different branch the day before and was dissapointed with the salesmans knowledge or lack of and his ability to show me the most expensive products
