The Sales Rep Martin welcomed us to the store, asked what we were looking for (a mattress). Explained what the colour coding on the mattresses were, discussed which would be better for our needs. Offered us tea/coffee which we accepted. Then left us a while to try out beds. Came back t see if we needed more information, explained more about the couple of mattresses we were looking at. When done placed our order very quickly and easily. Explained the Bed care plan which was take out. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend to others

Member of staff was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us sufficient time to mull things over on our own, made some suggestions which were useful. Overall we weren't hurried, nor ignored. It was a nice general experience from welcome to placing of the order.

The sales person appeared very knowledgeable, found out exactly the style of mattress we wanted quickly and did all this without being pushy which was refreshing as it is a trait we see in many of your competition

From the time my wife and I walked in we were greeted by one of your staff and looked after all the way through. The gentleman took his time explaining each product we wanted answer for and also left us alone to talk and make a decision. We did not feel any pressure at all. Felt very comfortable and that is why we spent so much :).

The sales person really had knowledge of the product and he understood what I really want as he recommended the first product I really like it hence I want to try some other thing for the same Value what he showed me but I didn't like those at that point I realised he know what he talking About. I normally avoid any kind of sales environment, because I like to be left alone...then ask for help where I need it. I got exactly what I wanted. The sales assistant wasn't pushy. He was friendly and to the point. He didn't try any annoying impending event closes or any of that other sales witchcraft that usually makes my blood pressure go up. What I really liked was the 10%+ discount I received at the end. Again, I didn't have to do any 'What if I buy today' rubbish. I just got a fair deal, which I thought was reasonable based on what we purchased. We are on a very tight budget to fit out our new home and am finding it quite stressful. I wish every experience would be like this. Thank you and please pass on my commendation to your staff.

George has a lovely way with him and was very patient whilst guiding and helping us find our perfect bed. Polite, warm and friendly with an excellent knowledge.

We were dealt with by knowledgeable staff in our search for a mattress. Our transaction was quick and all our needs fulfilled.
