The staff were very friendly and worked as a team (while one sales person worked with us, another handled getting teas). The layout was good and they has the style of furniture that i was looking for on display which helped me visualise the room.

I'm completely put off by 'in-your-face' sales staff and this is why I usually opt for online shopping. Both George and Hemal had the perfect sales presence for me, checking my needs after I'd browsed a little rather than straight after I walked through the door, showed me the options available to me and left me to my own devices, magically appearing only when I needed them rather than constantly hovering. Neither pressured me into looking at higher price products either which I appreciated and found that I spent more than planned as a result of not being on the 'money saving offensive' because there wasn't that pressure. The shop smelt amazing too (I was meant to ask what it was but forgot) rather than new product smell or stuffy shop smell.

I thought the shop opened at 9, not 10 so I tried a couple of times, and then George the manager opened up for me early as he had seen me there. He also gave me a cup of coffee, explained all the different types of bed, gave me a couple of pillows to try it out with, and was extremely friendly and helpful. I found a great bed, and then Hemal took my order, very efficiently and I was extremely satisfied with every part of the process. I was most impressed with George, who definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. A big Thank You!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The sales colleague that attended to us was patient and informative. The speed at which the order was placed and the fact that they were able to arrange deliveries according to our specific needs was helpful.

We were greeted on entry and offered tea or coffee. Caroline listened to my request and then offered me the various options and let me try out together with the pillows different types, from firm to medium, gel and the different makes. I finally chose a bed and mattress and had only come into check and order on Ebay, but the service and details were unbeatable as compared to Ebay and perhaps far more expensive but worth it!! I have a bed being delivered the day after I move in when I am off on leave and I know that I will have many happy nights. My friend Willem who has had a stroke even got to keep the Dreams cup!! Highly recommended and quite an experience, I am looking forward to my new bed....Sandra Grams

The member of staff understand our budget but also that we wanted a good quality, Roy explained the mattress and let us sample a pillow which we did purchase two off. The whole process of ordering and paying was easy and quick. Roy also made me a coffee which was super customer services.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Price was competitive. Products satisfy our requirements

Caroline who served me was incredible pleasant. She knew the answers to the many questions i asked. She was generally an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend friends and family asked for her, when visiting dreams in Watford. A very very happy customer here!
