Steve was very helpful in finding the mattress that we wanted and was very swift at checking the availability of our mattress and delivery date.

Fab shopping experience. The first visit was for a metal frame bed. Not a huge cost factor but they made myself and husband feel very special with a cup of coffee whilst doing the paper work. We went back to purchase a new mattress a week later. Again the staff at Watford need a medal for their politeness. Like ability and helpfulness. They really put themselves out to help and assist us. A huge well done.

We went to the Watford store on Saturday and briefly spoke to Roy. We wer unsure on measurements so we said we would return. We returned on Sunday and Roy recognised us and was very helpful in assisting us make our decision. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently. We are now awaiting for our order to arrive
