I was served by Steve who was very knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me to choose a mattress for my sons new bed. Steve was very patient as I had my young daughter with me who has autism and was getting quite distressed, my mother who was with me took my daughter to wait in the car whilst I completed the purchase with Steve, who was very understanding of my situation- thank you Steve!! This is the 3rd bed I have ordered from Dreams over the past 2 years and would highly recommend the overall service.

The sales representative that helped us (Shah at the Watford store) was a very very good salesman. He was engaging, he listened to our requirements and assisted us in narrowing the choice of bed. He gave us space to discuss our choices in private but was always available and attentive to our requests and questions. When we asked Shah questions about beds he provided a clear answer and never tried to brush our questions over. His sales style made us purchase that day. We fully intended to identify a mattress type and then shop around. Even in that business Park there are several bed suppliers. After talking with Shah, we felt prepared to purchase a bed there and then. We were very happy and would go back to the same store again.

Just found what I was looking for at a good price

The colleague was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything in details and he was understanding and seemed like he has a very good knowledge of the products.

My partner and I were greeted straight away by Steve, he was fab, he had so much knowledge. He was not pushy or sales man like at all. Which we loved. He made us think about things that hadn't crossed our mind. Really impressed with him.

Mr Shah at the watford branch was very helpful in choosing a bed for us. All the staff were very friendly and the guys who delivered the bed and put together was brilliant.

Caroline, who served us, was very helpful, knowledgable, patient,professional and friendly, and indeed the manager George was very helpful too.
