The assistant was very knowledgeable and listened to the reasons we needed to buy the right mattress. We were made to feel that our needs were important, not just a sale but a satisfied customer was the most important outcome. Very impressed.

Staff were attentive but not pushy. Felt we were dealt with in a very human and civilised manner

They let us in before the shop was due to open and gave us coffee and spent ages explaining all the different options to us. Very helpful. :-)

Caroline at the watford branch was so very helpful friendly and helped me to find the perfect bed room

If delivery of bed is as good as service at showroom, l will be more than satisfied

a very friendly atmosphere NOT pushy when you walked in the door and not pushy to make a quick sale. also had good product knowledge and understood what we needed. also very patient with our two young boys who liked to test out the beds.

we were free to browse at leisure and then when we wanted some assistance we were not subjected to hard sell but given information that was relevant to our purchasing requirements.

I was given all the assistance I needed by a very nice person called Martin.. I tried the beds and was even given a pillow like I use at home ...he explained all the different types of mattresses for me to choose with no hassle ..and to top it all he made me a coffee ,fab assistance and I brought my mattress .Thankyou sweet dreams !!
