Caroline was extremely helpful in helping me find what I wanted, but was not overbearing and allowed me to take as much time as I wanted without feeling rushed.

We was welcomed as soon as we entered the store, an employee named Martin assisted us. He was extremely helpful and very informative about the products he was showing us he also mentioned a number of ways we could pay which we found very helpful. We chose to purchase one of the TV beds which were highly recommend by Martin we explained the size of our room and he made sure we got the best deal and right product for our needs we would definitely recommend dreams to our families and friends as the staff were more than willing to help and the products are great! We even get our bed assembled by the delivery team which is great!

I have previously been to benson beds paid for a bed promised delivery a month before Christmas no delivery only excuses as to why no bed on apologies cancelled the order staff were not helpful in the beginning should have realised from the start Came in to DREAMS staff were helpful knowledgeable and not pushing us into anything they understood our needs and Steve knew exactly what we were looking for
