Dreams - Watford

Originally went to Bensons for Beds, whose customer service was extremely poor. So much easier and friendlier at Dreams. Steve the salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. Would highly recommend Dreams to all friends and family.

We were highly satisfied because the lady who attended to us was efficient and non-obtrusive. She offered us hot drinks, presented us with all the information we needed but at the same time gave us plenty of time to look around on our own to make our own choice. Once we chose our bed she very quickly took our order and explained how the delivery worked.

Caroline was very friendly and attentive. She explained the difference with the mattresses and the options with the different bases. Even had a bit of a laugh and joke. Great service

Steve served us and from the moment we introduced ourselves and told him our requirements he made a suggestion. Accepted our needs and helped make our decision. We felt we could trust him immediately. He spent time going through the process and was curtious and polite.

I purchased previous and I was very happy with the bed. The team are high qualified and very well recommended the products .Also interested free is a bonus when you buy a expensive and a good quality bed.100% recommended

I arrived at Dreams in Watford quite late in the day, but I will welcomed by Shayak and immediately offered assistance and a coffee - just what I needed! Shayak was wonderful, helped me find the exact frame I wanted and helped me choose a mattress that suited my needs best. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured, unlike the salesman from across the way at another bed store that I had just left as I felt uncomfortable! I am now very pleased with my purchase and I cannot wait to have it delivered. I was also very impressed that I was able to secure a delivery date so close to when I needed it to be delivered given the time of year! When I came back in the store a week later to arrange my finance (couldn't at the time of purchase as so late in the day - my fault) I was immediately greeted and offered a coffee! The gentleman who organised my finance was lovely and even though Shayak wasn't in that day, his colleagues remembered me and asked how I was doing. Overall I am very impressed with Dreams and the Dreams Watford team. An extremely friendly and helpful team and I will be recommending them highly! Thank you very much!! Sarah

Steve was extremely good in assessing our requirements. We were very specific in the size and needs and also the request for fast delivery.He talked us through various options until we arrived at the bed that suited us. We also ordered a headboard which we are collecting at a later date. This also suited our needs. Thank you Steve and Dreams.

Steve, who assisted us, was a total legend. He taught us all about beds, he knew all about the technology that goes into constructing them, and took the time to understand our needs so that we could select the best bed for us.

Hemal was very friendly and knew the products well, he didnt try to get us to purchase the higher priced goods but the right goods for us, he left us alos at the right times and made us feel relaxed offering us refreshments. He was also humerous and friendly like all the store salespeople there.

We have purchased our two previous beds from this Dreams store. Each time we were impressed with service provided and the knowledge of the sales rep. This third experience was exactly the same. The sales rep was helpful and understood our needs. He directed to us the relevant and appropriate product. The store is also very impressive.
