We were attended to very quickly after looking at a couple of beds. The assistant Roy was very attentive and informative, which played a big part in us choosing a bed from Dreams. The products were displayed with clear information and priced as separate beds and mattresses with the various options explained by Roy.

Her dedication to her specific job tasks is a pleasure to witness; she is very hard-working, and thrives on her team work which is excellent and very professional, and she has a great sense of humour which can brighten any dull day. Despite having to endure the appalling British weather (which has not been the best at times), she remained calm, patient, and was so very polite to both me and my partner. Her knowledge of the bed industry, and remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. The lady who helped me, Caroline, was extremely helpful and very patient. There was absolutely no attempt to 'hard sell'. I am quite a methodical person, and Caroline was perfectly willing both to offer me her time and expertise, as well as giving me time of my own to have a look round and to think. I never once felt rushed or pressurized into buying. Caroline also explained all the delivery options to me, which was really helpful. Many shops and stores these days seem desperate to make you buy. What really impressed me about Dreams was the respect and professional expertise which I was given. All in all, it was a very straightforward - and pleasant- experience. Thank you very much.
