The assistant Steve proved to be extremely helpful with advice and knowledge of the products. We were unsure as to what we actually needed - especially when it came to purchasing the mattress for our new bed. thanks Steve!

The salesman Martin was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable, friendly and able to explain in an easy to understand way the different range of products and mattresses (design and comfort). We didn't feel pressured at all and was able to take our time in choosing our divan bed together with mattress which made the experience very pleasant. The last mattress we bought was about 12 years ago when Dreams was located in Queens Road, Watford.

Very knowledgeable salesman knew what he was talking about didn't just want to make a sale he was very helpful.

Shayak was extremely helpful in establishing my needs ( I wasn't entirely sure what kind of mattress i was looking for). We eventually narrowed it down and he was genuine and not pressuring at all. I did not plan to buy on this day- which speaks for itself. We had issues setting up the finance due to my age- but Shayak sent off the details and everything from his side, so i did not have the hassle.

The sales person was not pushy. She told me what options I had but didn't try to influence my choice. I bought what I had intended to buy and left with prices to consider for other items.

My wife and I visited the store in Watford. I can honestly say that Hemal could not have been more helpful. His whole manner and service were exceptional.
