salesperson was knowledgeable and realised I didn't have too much time to make a decision so he cut to the chase to make sure I got what I came in for.

Roy who served us was extremely helpful had time to assist us as we had not bought a mattress for a number of years hence need this help to make informed choice. Without this advice we probably would not have bought this mattress

The staff member was knowledgeable and patient. He helped us to choose four beds and mattresses without pressurising us. The products are good with competitive prices. They cost a little more than when I first visited the store as the Autumn reduction offer had just finished so that was the only disappointment.

Everything was so easy and straight forward Martin was very nice and when there was a power cut he was very reassuring everything would be fine and it was a very lovely man

it was amazing experience with Dreams. As myself and my wife entered the shop with minimal product knowledge and we approached towards Sales adviser to help us on mattresses and bed frame. He understood our needs and suggested over different mattresses according to our taste and need and budget. After chosen the right bed frame and mattresses the payment process was so simple and easy to deal with. Overall it was a fun and joy shopping with Dreams. Will do recommend to my friends and colleagues to shop!!

Products easily available to try, sign aged for price was comprehensive and Hemal was friendly and efficient.
