Dreams - Watford

Following a lengthy viewing of beds the assistant did not hassle us but gave us advice if and when we needed it. Having decided on what we wanted he handled our order in a friendly but efficient manner.

Martin knew all the products well and didn't guide is towards purchasing the most expensive product, he gave us plenty of options and lovely pillows to try too :)

Good selection of goods in store, good advices from seller, I found what i was looking for very quickly.

We were served by Shayak, he was so helpful and gave us his undivided attention. 'A Star' for his customer service 😄

Martin, my sales rep was very polite, helpful and attentive, providing me with the best advise to suit my situation. He tried his very best to get me what I want, how I wanted it and at the best value.

I walked in and started to look around. I probably appeared a bit lost (first bed shop I went to). I was approached by Hemal and asked if I needed help but I didn't feel pounced upon. I told him what I was looking for and he told me all about different types of bed, their cost and their availability. He suggested a couple of beds to try and then backed off. At all times (I was in for about 15 minutes) he was available but kept a respectful distance to allow me to try the beds without feeling conscious about it. He made me a cup of tea and explained the delivery options and explained more about the beds ( I had a lot of questions) but at all times he was friendly, professional and helpful. I went to visit a few more shops then came back to dreams as I knew Hemal was the person to help me with finding the right bed.
