Martin Wheatland was very helpful without being at all pushy. He answered all our questions which helped us to choose mattress

We were served by a lovely lady named Caroline. She was so polite and welcoming and made a real effort to engage our son who is nearly 3 so gets bored easily. Another member off staff kept making faces at our son which had him laughing the whole time meaning we could focus on our order.

Staff were very friendly and helpful . The store had just what I was looking for

the salesman was very knowledgeable he explained everything clearly then left us to choose without any pressure.he returned from time to time to help like giving us the type of pillows we sleep on so we could try the beds as though we were at home. in all a very pleasureable experience

The customer service given to us was absolutely fantastic. As someone who has worked in retail for over 20 years, I am quite hard to impress as a customer. The approach we received from George and then the knowledge and service given to us by Roy was some of the best I've ever had. They made what could have been quite a stressful decision and purchase very easy with their friendly but not pushy nature, their open ended questions, narrowing everything down for us, and endless patience with our many queries. We had planned to shop around after our initial visit, but we were both so impressed with the product and the team that we didn't even look anywhere else and placed an order there and then.Your staff are a credit to your company.

Shayak was brilliant when placing order and another member of the team Caroline went out of her way and delivered the headboard on her way home

Knowledgeable staff, very pleasant and clean environment. However I was the only customer but when I returned to place the order I was able to speak with the same staff member who was very good.
