Dreams - Watford

The Assistant was friendly, we were not harassed as soon as we entered the store, and we enjoyed the purchasing experience.

I was greeted by a gentleman called Steve at the Watford branch, who could not have done more for me. He was highly informative gave me all his recommendations based on my needs and wants. Was not at all pushy in his sale and was genuine, very rare in a sales person. He was extremely personable and and made my experience of Dreams a great deal better than I had expected.

I had immediate customer service. No waiting. The store assistant listened to what I wanted and took me through a range of beds listening to my comments on each.

We knew what we wanted and Prince, the gentleman who served us, was able to provide us with the various options. He wasn't pushy and at times left us for a few moments to discuss things. He was knowledgeable about the products and could answer any question we asked. We had our three children with us and he spoke with them, asking their opinion. He was friendly and honest. When we came to purchase the items, I wa s dreading the amount of time this would take, but was so surprised at the speed, which was great as our children were getting a little restless. Everything was explained clearly and overall the experience was a very good one.

Greeted politely with a friendly smile by Shayak - given space to browse, not pushed or harried in any way, but help offered if we needed it. When we asked for assistance and information we were given helpful and relevant comments - Shayak obviously was knowledgeable about the product mattress in our case). Having given us the information we were again given time and space to continue our comparisons unmolested.Before we left we were given copies of the relevant data to take away to consider. Later in the day, when we returned with our daughter for whom we were making the purchase, we were recognised and greeted as at our first visit, then left to our own devices to discuss and try out the selected mattresses anew. Having made our decision Shayak gave efficient and swift attention to our order with every detail in place , relevant numbers highlighted for ease of use if required, altogether excellent service - a credit to your staff. Another staff member with whom we spoke(Steve I think) seemed likewise pleasant, polite and appreciative of our visit. We were surprised to find such a variety of additional goods, all attractive and well priced - will spread the word!

Hemal welcomed us to the store and offered very sound advice on our bed purchase. was helpful but not pushy at all.

The staff we met were very helpful and gave us time to ourselves to make our minds up. They also answered all our questions in a pleasant way.
