Dreams - Watford

The first contact was made by a lady called Caroline, she just said if you need assistance I'm here for you. No hard sell. Very polite. We looked around the shop and finally needed to ask some questions, Caroline was lose by and we asked her what we needed to know. She explained and with that we purchased our new bed.

We went in with a vague idea of what we wanted. Caroline who served us went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful both in understanding our requirement and also finding the right products for us.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we were delighted with the open plan of this store, making it easy to move around. The disabled toilet was clean & easy to find. The salesmen were very polite and friendly, and Martin, the man who served us, was extremely helpful.

I was looking for a bedstead I had seen on the Dreams online site but it wasn't actually in the shop as comes from Original Bedstead Company. Shayak, the assistant at the Watford store, was extremely helpful, looked everything up, got out measuring tapes etc. Then he helped me choose a mattress - I never felt under pressure either to buy or to hurry. I did buy!

Immediate service and as soon as we described what we were looking for, we were shown exactly what we wanted and told all the options, prices and descriptions of mattresses by Hemal. He answered all of our questions clearly and informatively. We were given a range of early delivery dates to suit our needs and literally left after less than half an hour in the store highly satisfied.
