Went in Shayak took us to the bed we wanted and sorted out all the bedding as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Assistant - Shayak- was excellent. Just the right balance between giving me space, but being there to answer questions and give advice. Very personable, good sense of humour and related to me very well

We went to buy a King size base - and we were shown the choices immediately. We went to Dreams because we bought a Hypnos bed from you previously and have always been satisfied with it,

We were a bit bewildered by the choices we were confronted with but Caroline, who dealt with us, simplified everything for us

I wanted a 4ft bed and I wanted a metal head board but you do not have many to choose from you have mostly material covered ones which I did not want. The gentleman did find me one but I must say I thought they were very expensive. I did purchase one as I had little choise.

Our sales agent was very helpful and oferred us good discount which was persuasive enough to close the sale

Shayak was most helpful and listened to what we wanted. He also left us to make a decision without any interruption and without being pushy. He showed us different options and left us to Dr use. When we were ready we then approached him for the actual purchase.

I told the salesman that I couldn't afford what I really wanted. He advised me of an alternative bed that was of a similar standard at a price that I could afford. The sales experience was smooth and easy.
