You had the exact product I was looking for at a fair price. Assistant was familiar with the product and was able to set a delivery date within two weeks. I told the process if delivery which gave me an indication of time so I won't wait all day.

Got the product we wanted in the minimum amount of time having had a comprehensive explanation.

I went into store with specific measurements for a bed which I had to buy that evening. Caroline was friendly from the offset with pleasentries as soon as I entered the store. I explained what I was looking for my likes and dislikes and she was straight on it. She picked up on when I was unsure about something and guided me back to products it was obvious I liked. Nothing was too much trouble including all the measurements of beds, bases and headboards. Her product info was great and if it wasn't available in the color I liked she was able to find me something similar. She was patient with me throughout giving suggestions where possible. It was something I wasn't looking forward to doing and Caroline made it easy and pain free. Great customer service!!

We arrived early on Bank Holiday Monday and received instant friendly, unpushy assistance from Hemal. He was knowledgeable, asked us what we wanted in detail and was able to show us products in the store that were within our budget. We had a time schedule that morning and he was very efficient in dealing with the order. The order also had two delivery addresses which was dealt with without any fuss.

I was highly satisfied with buying my granddaughter a mattress from dreams and the staff were very helpful but at the same time allowed you to wander around and take your time when choosing the item.

the salesman Shayak was very informative about the beds without being pushy. he knew when to leave us to discuss the beds by our self and when to offer use full info . He was polite and informative and was one of the reasons we decided there and then.
