Simona was extremely friendly and helpful. Great member of staff and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Callum greeted us when we arrived, explained the different items as and when we needed his help, took us through the ordering process step by step, offered us a coffee too. He was friendly without being pushy.

Although the item was an on-line only item the assistant was very helpful showing us a similar product and explaining the diferences.

Amir was very good with helping me with different options that where on offer and offered us a drink and told us what we could do to help with our purchase and even threw In a few goodies which was very kind of him

Sleep expert was very helpful in helping us pick the right mattress. We went into buy pocket spring mattress ; expert help us understand the benefits of foam mattress and help us select the right one based on our sleeping style.

Alexandra was charming, friendly and most importantly fully informed about all the mattresses available to suite both my requirements. I was able to complete the purchase of one mattress for a rental flat quickly and easily. My only mildly negative comment is that I was sold a guarantee against damage which, when I later read the terms, doesn't provide cover for a rental property. As my wife was not with me I couldn't finalise on the second mattress for my home without her, but we will return very soon to buy one.

Shah was brilliant and looked after me during my visit, kindly offered me refreshments and effortlessly guided me through the sales process of purchasing a Tempur mattress and was so good ended up buying the bed frame, pillow upgrade and warranties at the same time, I highly recommend Shah to anyone who’s thinking of renewing their mattress or bed

I had something in mind for what I wanted and would have gone for the cheaper option if I brought my mattress online. I was explained the health Benefits of the product I selected and wished I got the frame in store too as I didn’t add the cover which I wished I did.
