Service was excellent

This is the second time I have visited Dreams in Watford and on both occasions I have received excellent customer service. Our sales advisor Fran offered us time, patience and we felt unhurried, thus resulting in us being able to go ahead and purchase our new bed and mattress with confidence. I just wish that all shopping experiences were available in a similar vein as Dreams offer their customers. Thank you

Amir at the Watford store was a total "dream"! From the second I walked in and told him what I was looking for he quickly got to work in helping me find my "dream" bed. Had a go on the mattress machine, showed me the ones that would be most suitable. Him and his colleagues are all really knowledgeable, so friendly and not at all pushy, making the whole experience "dreamy"! Even though Watford isn't my closest store, I would happily travel there again just for the team.

Francesco approached me as soon as I walked in the store. I didn’t have to search for assistance; he was there and I felt welcomed. Francesco was friendly, polite, amusing, patient and very knowledgeable. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but Francesco was so informative that I was able to make a decision I felt happy about quite quickly. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I left the store feeling confident of my purchases. I shall certainly recommend your Dreams store to my family and friends.

We got in and we’re seen by a lovely woman, she walked up through the process and got us sorted with the correct mattress for myself and my girlfriend. Fantastic service!

The customer service was excellent from the moment we entered the store. Callum was a credit to the company. He greeted us at the door and immediately put us at ease and showed us to your system that showed us the right mattress for us. He then demonstrated 3 different bed systems that suited our needs and had excellent product knowledge. We then left to visit Furniture Village and Bensons for Beds and I can say that the service Callum gave us was 10 times better than your competitors. Once we had visited all shops, it was the customer service he provided that made us come back to dreams to order our bed.

We used the machine that told us which mattress would be more suited for us. Callum helped us and talk through the process etc it gave us 3 top results which we tested. Each 1 was well explained And we picked one and it will be delivered very soon

I Purchased a Divan Bed quite a few years ago and now I have purchased a mattress; which I am very pleased to say, was in the sale. The young lady that served me was so helpful and made everything so quick and easy and I felt under no pressure at all.
