I was served by Steve and he was really helpful and very knowledgable.

The sales assistant we spoke to was friendly, didn't try to oversell us anything we didn't need and helped us try a few products before making our decision.

We were looking for a latex bed ideally but as none were sold we were advised to try the latex topped pocket sprung one by Sealy. We were also provided with pillows each to better test the bed out and were given plenty of time to test various mattresses out. On a return visit to choose pillows and a mattress protector we were again given help and advice.

the sales person was very helpful and knowledgable on the products and helping us find the right mattress we needed. he was not pushy and gave a lot of time going through the different types available. the experincess of shopping in dreams was relaxing and hassel free

The assistant was very knowledgeable, polite, tentative, and a listener. He made both myself and daughter feel very confident in our purchases and offered to fit our budget but also with advise to other options.

I was highly satisfied because everything went on as successfully as i wanted and the person who attended to me was friendly.

Steve the staff member was very informative in helping me to reach the exact product I require and he was not short at any point to offer us refreshment which was highly appreciated as there was a small wait to find a computer for purchasing. All in all it was a great experience, and I have fun trying out all the beds that were available.

Our salesman was ready and waiting, very helpful, polite and courteous. The bed we bought seemed good quality and was in stock and delivery was quick.

I was unsure what I was looking for ; the Salesman Shah (I believe was his name) in Watford was excellent. Not pushy at all and understood that I wanted to look at other shops before making my final decision. Of course I returned to Dreams shortly after as they offered the best advise, tea, and product. The bed delivery time was excellent just over a week (it is being delivered on Monday) I expected at least a month. I hope the delivery and install of bed matches the services I have received in store.
