Steve the person that helped us at your Watford store was incredibly helpful. Sounded as if he has 50 years experience on beds not just a salesman. His knowledge gave me confidence in the right choice of mattress and then purchased on the spot due to Steve.

Both bed and mattress we were looking at were available for us to see and try. Assistant v helpful and told us about 0% finance deal, as well as the ability to keep the product for up to 3 months until we are ready to have it delivered.

We were kindly assisted by Shah from the Watford branch who was very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. He made us test a number of mattresses and was never pushy as we had found with a number of other stores. In the end it was his honesty and assurance of the product that we returned to the store and asked for Shah to order our item.
