The advisor Steve was so knowledgable, listened to what I was looking for, gave me time to try the different beds, even gave me a pillow to use that is the same as I use at home, overall the whole experience was calm, relaxing, and I came away happy, with a bed even more suitable to my needs than I was thinking I would get when I entered the store.

Quality of service was excellent. Walked through all the types of beds we could be interested in until we found the ones we wanted.

The Dreams colleague (Steve) that served us was knowledgable and extremely helpful. By just asking us a couple of questions we were able to eliminate half of the mattresses and focus on what suited us. This was very helpful, as when walking in to begin with we felt quite daunted by the amount of mattresses to choose from. He seemed to understand exactly what we needed but still gave us options and time to decide on what we preferred. We found that Topcashback had an offer online of 7.35% and Steve matched the offer in-store. He was also helpful in explaining the different types of pillows, which was very informative. Great service all in all!
