Dreams - Watford

Just the timeline from order to delivery - would have been nice if it was a big sooner.

Salesman were ridiculous jack the lads made it quite obvious that they looked at us like mugs, used the word punters twice to other colleague like we are stupid and don’t know what that means.

I was not greeted as I entered the store and I then went and found a store assistant to help me.

Staff attitude

I thought the layout of the shop was unattractive (but that could be the nature of the product). I was not sure that we could pick out what we wanted, however the sales colleague (Watford - Francisco) took us through what we needed and we are satisfied with the purchase. Normally I prefer to make my choices myself.

Would be better if there are more wooden beds

I felt that the price quoted for the headboard was rather high.

May be more choices available for the price range

Mattress fine but bed frame we wanted was unavailable

Simply the lead times, but I do understand why they are what they are. Hence I was not dissatisfied but equally not highly satisfied.
