A long delivery time for the items ordered. Whilst we were being served by the sales assistant another customer asked for help and the sales assistant started dealing with the other customer, although it didn’t overly bother me I didn’t feel it was very professional.

Originally I was given the date of 24th September p. Then as soon as I had paid it jumped to October 3rd. Somewhat disappointed I have to wait 5 weeks for a new mattress.
