The sales agents was very professional, help us a great deal very very impressed, showed us the correct options for our needs and gave my wife and I space to trial and talk between us, offered help when asked. Overall very impressed.

Both the welcoming member of staff and Amir were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to understand the differences of beds and which would be more suitable to our specific needs.

The individual who assisted us, Stuart, was fantastic - really helpful in getting to know us In the short time and really knowledgable about all the products on offer, even getting us to trial others to show we were making the right decision.

We had a Very interesting and good experience with the bed that is calculating our weight and is recommending the best mattress before we can select one. Your colleague, Simona, seemed very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and I thank her for her patience in helping us to choose the best orthopaedic mattress to help me with my back pain. After trying various mattresses and upon advise by your sales assistant Callum we were satisfied with the recommended mattress and placed an order.

Callum and Mustafa were extremely helpful, they were both so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them,

I went into Dreams not knowing anything about the right mattress or what bed is best for me, but as soon as I walked into the store a colleague, who was so friendly and welcoming came up to me straight away. He let me know about all the products on offer. Not only did he show me the machine that scans me for the right mattress but he also showed me a variety of other different mattresses, beds, and pillows. Showing me exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted. The colleagues name is Fran and he made sure to give us the space we needed to decide, always checking in with us from time to time to check if we were alright. I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else ever. The store was so nicely set up that it made it so easy to compare all the options that were presented to me. Covid safety measures were taken into account and made my visit a lot safer. I can go on and on about how great my experience was, especially as a first time bed and mattress buyer. I am so glad that I chose Dreams as my option.
