Couldn't try the exact mattress on the exact bed (which is adjustable). Expensive, although one of the cheaper prices seen.

I’m satisfied of Dreams services however nothing is perfect

It took a while to get hold of the one member of staff who had the most knowledge and best customer service skills as he was busy serving other customers. The other member of staff serving me was not as knowledgeable or had that level of customer service skills.

Our saleperson Callum was efficient friendly and welcoming. We felt confident that we were directed to the best matress for our needs and that we were given the best price possible. (although we would hav eprefered a slightly larger discount). We asked that he give us a good reason to make the purchase on this visit rather than shopping around, and he did that.

Moving into my new flat and needed it delivered on the day of the move, but was told it was not possible but there no attempt to find out if it could be done by either a phone call or other method as contact, as other shops in the area at least tried to find a solution.

I waa satisfied. I guess to be highly satisfied it would of needed to be super extra. Joanna your staff member could not have been more helpful

Wasn’t much option for a cheaper ottoman bed frame within my budget.

I was looking for beds in the Which survey which were not there. Also, I would rarely give a highly satisfied in a survey.

Hi was happy with my experience with this branch of Dreams. Just dont really want to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

Has to be outstanding for that rating
