There was 50% discount advertised on all bedding. The product we purchased was only allowed 5% discount after negotiations after paying over£1000. for 1 mattress because we were governed to purchase a gel product for medical requirements.

1. Was subsequently able to price match the mattress for £460 less than the £800 we paid. Although appreciative for the price match, why was it over priced so much in the first place? 2. Other retailers have a medium-firm category which you don't, making comparison a little difficult

Would be nice if the beds and mattress on show where slightly more clean. But I am being picky as I understand the public regularly like to sleep and test the beds.

A lot was made of the sale but there always seems to be a sale on! Why not just make the 'normal' prices cheaper?
