The variety and the options are too less and I would have been highly satisfied if the beds / wadrobes options are much more than the very few options available. But definitely the best when compared with Ikea, Dunelm, Next Home and Oak Furniture land which is all what I checked. Luckily I got the best of all these at Dreams but I would have been more happy if there were many more options to choose from !

Everything was amazing! From staff knowledge to accuracy for our needs. Just products were more expensive than expected.

My 4 year old son needed a new matress. Still prone to a few accidents. The cheapest quality matress seemed to be 189 pounds which seemed a little excessive. We ended up going over the road to get a non-allergenic matress.

I was in a time constraint and the faff of the bed machine was annoying. Also the left was out of order. As a walking stick user, I was very lucky that the bed I needed was downstairs!

The assistant Stacie who helped us was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the products we tested. She was patient and very informative and helped us understand differences between mattresses and beds. Overall the service was great. The part I found difficult was finding the ottoman beds and finding the specific types of mattresses I was after unless I was shown. The labels on the beds should be more clear about what type of mattress it is although the firmness was labelled well. I think perhaps the store should be more grouped together with similar or same items on certain sides of the store. But overall plenty of staff and selections available in store. Happy with the service

Coz i have to pay amount extra to pay to fixed the bed at my house afer buying a very expense ve bed in the showroom.

The store was unable to assist with the return of a mattress on a 100 day trial, that I ordered online at Dreams. Apparently, if a customer calls the 0800 helpline at Dreams, this is quicker than someone at a Dreams store as customer calls are prioritised over calls from the stores. There is no link between the stores computers and online orders, otherwise the store could have arranged the return of the unsuitable mattress. Instead, I sat on hold on my mobile, at a Dreams store, to arrange the return and then proceed with a new order having tested some more mattresses
