I had to spend a little more than I had hoped for, I should have done some research first to get ideas of prices.

Had to return to store for the finance option as the system was down. Would have been Great to receive the order earlier. Delivery date is 4 weeks . However the staff especially Kim and Nathan were very helpful and did their best. Very hospitable.

My one complaint is that I was steered always towards the most expensive items and never the cheaper ones and the most expensive ones were always more firmly put before me. It was as though I wasn't meant to get ever in contact with the cheaper items.

Not so happy with having to wait 3 weeks for my order. Would have preferred a much quicker delivery time.

Que was to long and i wanted to pay by debit card yet your tills were all being used by credit customers . One till on a busy day should be solely for easyier transactions. This led to having to rely on your lady ringing me later on to place order as the que was at least 10 people in front of me

Perfection is rarely attainable, but the whole experience was fine. It would be nicer to get the bed quicker, but it was explained to us that each bed is made to order, so 4 weeks is the wait. Generally I was very happy with the purchasing process and the sales advisor was friendly and knowledgeable.

I understand people are in training, which I'm happy for them to be trained during my purchase. However, when they log-in to their computer to go through the paperwork and they are setting up their password / account in front of me, not good. It took 2 colleagues to help the new person, one of which was very short and not particularly friendly towards his new colleague. On the other hand, someone else came over and helped him step by step explaining things to both me (customer) and new colleague which was excellent service and closed the sale.

Price - compared to online offerings, but understand that overheads make up most of the difference.
