Only because they didnt have the specific make of bed that we originally wanted ie vi-spring.

The reason I was not highly satisfied is because the delivery date was inconvenient for me because I had to pay extra even though t says free delivery and didn't find a suitable bed for my son as there was only a limited amount of single beds.

I was as satisfied as I could be as I am a bit of a perfectionist and have never found any shopping experience to be highly satisfying.

I wanted a single divan base and headboard. There were none on display. The choice of colours was limited. It could have been cheaper. NOTE- I'm satisfied, I simply bought a bed, the transactions was relatively quick and efficient. I wasn't after exceptional service.

Another bed being dismantled during my visit meant some Dreams employees were sitting on the bed I wanted to try out chatting to their colleagues. As I am paying for the disposal of my old bed it is completely unfair to expect me as a single person to bag up the old mattress, very unhelpful and at odds with your customer satisfaction policy. I still feel Dreams are all about the hard sell and don't really care about the customer needs overall.

The reason i wasn't highly satisfied with my experience was because i was only buying a mattress. The service and customer interaction was good and fail to see what more you could have done.
