Dreams - Watford

The product was good but the delivery time is much longer than i expected.

The prices are high but the products have good quality

Prices seemed higher than expected for the mattress I bought although it is 10 years since my last mattress purchase. I was also not expected the 6 weeks it would take to make and deliver the items.

Would be nice to see a store directory. Too much choice.

It was difficult to find an available salesperson but once I did they were very helpful

Caroline ended up serving us after the new girl was very unhelpful and uninterested in serving us. caroline was friendly, helpful and even made us a coffee and chatted with us while we completed our purchase

We were satisfied thought your range of children's bedding could have been better

I don't think anybody can be highly satisfied when making such an important decision, the cost and range etc are extremely good in your Watford store, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was fine perhaps a bit more choice would have improved

The dimension on website conflicted with the actual bed in store. The web site dimensions were incorrect now the bed has been delivered
