I was very satisfied with the customer service, staff very helpful and very friendly, also knowledgeable. It was a satisfactory experience.

Price - The items were expensive General distrust that I have about buying expensive items.

Being charged for delivery seems ludicrous, when there is no other way of getting such large items. should be included in the cost. Assistant did not explain that assembly was not included - also quite ridiculous. I had to call delivery team back in order to assemble the bed

It is probably because I am a perfectionist so there will always be something that is not perfectly to my liking. One point specifically - it would have been helpful if we could have all the items that are available in the store also available on the website for online orders. Another is that it would be good to have an option to choose to pick up smaller items or accessories from a store rather than paying £39 delivery charges (for e.g. extra shelf for wardrobe which costs £12).

This store was not our first dreams visit. In this store minus the credit people not being able to understand we had just moved in to the property less than 24hrs ago. It was highly satisfaction. However previols visits to a different store (staples corner). The staff were friendly but knowledge and manners lacked. Hence we traveled further out. Roy who first showed us what we needed was amazing and no pressure was put on us to buy. Therefore we felt we could make an informed disition which for me is important when your specific ding over £1000
