Dreams - Watford

Shop was undergoing a refit and not really suitable to be open as there was tripping hazards and dust created from the workman sweeping the floors.

The showroom was in the middle of a refit so a bit of a mess.

The service I received was well delivered, unfortunately the delivery date was a little longer than I had expected. This was explained very well by the store assistant but I am still a little disappointed.

The gentlmen who served us was extremely helpfull , and they also let me use the staff toilet , which was very kind of them .

The price was expensive for me

We were satisfied with our visit to dreams, the only thing that would have made us highly satisfied is lower prices, we did spend more than we intended but are hoping our products will be very high quality and longevity.

As the store was very busy being a bank holiday weekend there were only 3 computer terminals to deal with all the purchases so we had to wait until one was free before continuing with our purchase. On the plus side we were made a hot drink. Maybe more could be brought in for busy periods.

Would have liked to have been offered a longer guarantee

I expected the bed to be available for delivery earlier than two weeks after the purchase. It seems a long wait - those two weeks to be honest.

Knowledge of the different types of mattresses ie. firmness ratings and how they were made.
