The experience in the store could we can not fault. Hemal was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and went out of his way, without pressure, to ensure our experience at dreams was a good one. The downfall was the delivery, very impressed with all the communication via text and yet on the day of delivery despite numerous assurances, we never recieved a phone call on the morning of the delivery, in fact it took me chasing in the afternoon to facilitate any time frame. Delivery Team reckoned that they had tried to call but I live in an area with very good mobile coverage and had no missed called or answer machine messages.

The assistant gave us two purchases which h were incorrect. One pillow was the wrong type than the one we were saying for. One pillow was and old torn one put into a new packaging. We had to return the pillows the next day, which was very inconvenient and added additional travel costs to our purchase, through no fault.of our own. A discretionary discount would have been a nice offer for the inconvenience caused, particularly because my review would have scored a lot higher if these mistakes weren't made.

Manager offered 10% nhs discount. The total came higher and for £21 was happy to lose a sale. If it was me I would’ve walked out and went elsewhere but my wife wanted the bed and was the only reason I purchased a £2400 bed. Really like customer service skills. Really disappointed

I bought from the watford branch and they were fine but went to new malden to amend my order and the lady I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. Your phone service wasnt much better. I finally got my order amended to be told I need to pay full balance to get a delivery date. It was all very odd if I'm honest

I tried to have a dialogue with the store manager requesting for consideration for discount as I was pushing myself to buy the bed and the mattress at the same time but I was treated rudely. I was told I am haggling where I was only requesting a consideration. Dreams was compared to Tescos and I was told would I ask for discount if I go to shop at Tescos.

the mattress price were £319 after discount and suddenly the other person came and said the price is not sure yet and we cannot do this discounted price as we got a call from head office and not sure the price drop will carried out for this specific mattress and feel like we are mislead.

THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED AS WE STIL HAD TO MEASURE HEIGHT FOR HEADBOARD
