The sales person Caroline was outstanding she was a great listener friendly and really took her time to advise and help us.

Callum who help us was very good made us feel at ease and explained everything and showed us everything it was a enjoyable experience

The advisor was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs

The lady helping us was so helpful, the mattress was for our son and she took the time to talk to him and ask what he liked whilst giving us space to chat ourselves.

I can say that our experience in going to Dreams Watford was highly satisfied because of the friendliness, patience and helpful of this gentleman named Callum. He go beyond up and above in delivering his service just to show us the kind of bed that I've been looking for my daughter. He even took a pillow for my daughter to try on lying and get up in bed. The service was excellent even the other guy he even let us pay for the delivery charge and also gave us a satisfying discount. Overall, I can proudly say thank you so much Callum, you're a star.and brilliant guy.

Very helpful assistance called Simona. She was very knowledge and took her time to show me all the different options. She also allowed me time to consider the options. Highly recommend the service she provided.

Was served by Callum straight away, needed two mattresses for my teenage boys who are 6,2 and 6’4, he offer me 3 mattresses and then we used the machine, which also offered the same ones! He was helpful and made the experience painless.

Quick and to the point. Told the team what we were looking for and the options were then given to us. Got put onto the mattress machine which really helped us to choose. Pillows were also shown to us that are also specific
